Our focus is on quality! We do not use standard 1.5mm Playmat blanks, but have our own Playmat blanks made for printing especially for us and our requirements. This is how we ensure that we can maintain our quality throughout. Our play mat is a whopping 3mm thick and closed with a special polyester layer.

Our play mat consists of a 2.9mm rubberized underside to have the best possible support even on uneven surfaces. This also ensures that the play mat is always in place. Due to the strength of the underside, our playmat has a particularly nice feel!

The top is made of an extra durable polyester fabric, which is specially glued. Our surface has a very low surface friction - a perfect "glide". Our fabric effortlessly keeps sweat and humidity at bay!

All our custom playmats are prepared for printing immediately after receipt of payment and printed the next day at the latest (usually 2-6 working days ).

With our finished playmats in our shop, the current delivery time is always in the description (usually 1-4 working days ).

Experience has shown that shipping takes 1-3 working days (DHL).

We recommend cleaning your Playmat by hand with warm water. However, if you have very stubborn dirt on the Playmat, you can use your washing machine (20° - 30°).

Since we always produce our playmats "fresh", they may still smell slightly when they arrive. But this is completely normal and goes away in a few hours / days.

To ensure your custom playmat is produced without white borders and with crisp sharpness, please note the following:

Print file including bleed: 630 mm × 375 mm (7 441 px × 4 430 px)

+ 10 mm bleed per side for sublimation printing

How to set up your motif correctly

1. Work directly in the format 630 mm × 375 mm (7 441 × 4 430 px).
   
   – The visible mat measures 610 × 355 mm. Your 10 mm bleed on each side ensures that every fiber gets color during the transfer.
   
   – The paper is therefore larger than the mat – nothing is cut off, but printed all around.
   
2. Maintain a safe distance:
   HeatLock edge (without seam): Place important elements ≥ 10 mm from the edge .
   Sewn edge: It is better to plan a distance of ≥ 15 mm so that logos and texts do not end up in the seam .
3. Resolution: 300 dpi delivers the best results. The configurator won't warn you if the dpi is too low, so check the preview yourself to make sure everything looks sharp.
   

In short: Upload your graphic in 7,441 × 4,430 px (300 dpi) , keep the recommended distance from the edge – especially for sewn edges – and your playmat will be printed borderless, razor-sharp, and without risky seam overlaps.

Yes, please allow 10 mm of waste on each side of your graphic.

You are not allowed to upload pornographic and extremist graphics to us. Such orders will be canceled by us after verification.
