PNG and JPG are supported. We recommend a minimum resolution of 3000px to achieve optimal print results. For lower resolutions you can book our graphics check.
Yes! As soon as your image is uploaded, a preview is automatically created. The product image changes and shows your uploaded graphic directly on the playmat.
Once your image is uploaded, you can crop and adjust it. Please note that a small part of the graphic will always be cut off as we need to print over the edges of the playmat. However, this bleed will be visible in the preview.
For low resolution images, we strongly recommend our graphics check. We can upscale your image to improve the print quality. Alternatively, you can contact us directly.
We usually start production on the same day. Your order should arrive within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with your finished design, you can return the playmat within 14 days. Simply contact our customer service. In general, we always find a solution.
The slight smell is caused by the sublimation printing, during which the playmats are heated to a high temperature. Since we want to guarantee fast shipping, the mats are sometimes not completely aired out. Don't worry, the smell will disappear completely in a short time.

Die farben sind bisschen blass geworden, aber im grossen ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden und hab euch bei meinen lokals weiterempfohlen :)
Eine wirklich schöne dicke Matte mit satten Farben die seines gleichen sucht. Klare Weiterempfehlung und nicht meine letzte Matte!
Matte kam top an, sehr gute Qualität und man konnte im Nachhinein sogar noch was ändern. Bin super zufrieden!
Würde bei der nächsten Bestellung aber mal die genähten Ränder ausprobieren, ist vermutlich noch besser

Ich habe bereits mehrere Playmats ausprobiert, aber nie die perfekte gefunden. Deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, eine individuelle Playmat bei Hypemat anfertigen zu lassen – und ich bin begeistert! Das Design sieht großartig aus, die Qualität ist hervorragend, und besonders gefällt mir, dass die Matte beim Ausrollen nicht wellt und sofort einsatzbereit ist.
Die Gestaltung der Matte war sehr leicht und die angekommene Qualität hervorragend. Es sieht in echt besser aus, als auf dem Vorschaubild.
Es ist mittlerweile meine 4 selbstgestaltete Matte, ich denke, dass spricht für sich.
Gute Qualität. Ich kann die Zusatzoption mit der Naht nur empfehlen. Dadurch halten die Matten länger und fransen nicht aus. :)
