Your artwork, your desk: upload your image, position it in the editor, and we print it on 900 × 400 mm — brilliant, edge to edge and quality-checked near Hamburg. Your own artwork, a favourite photo, or the gift nobody else has yet.
The base is the same as on every Hypemat XXL mousepad: 3 mm thick, a velvet-soft surface for precise mouse glide, a non-slip bottom and a black stitched edge that won't fray or curl.
Not sure your image is sharp enough? Add the Graphic Check for €10 — we review your file before printing. No other shop does that.
We ship from Germany, near Hamburg. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with DHL tracking.

To make sure your custom mousepad is produced without white edges and with crisp sharpness, please note the following:
Print file incl. bleed: 920 mm × 420 mm (10,866 px × 4,961 px)
+ 10 mm bleed per side for sublimation printing
How to set up your artwork correctly
- Work directly in the format 920 mm × 420 mm (10,866 × 4,961 px).
– The visible area is 900 × 400 mm. Your 10 mm bleed per side ensures that every fibre really gets colour during the transfer.
– The paper is therefore larger than the mousepad – nothing gets cut off; the surface is printed edge to edge all around. - Keep a safety margin: your mousepad has a black stitched edging – place important elements ≥ 15 mm from the edge so logos & text don't end up in the seam.
- Resolution: 300 dpi delivers the best result. The configurator does not warn you about low dpi – so check in the preview yourself that everything looks sharp.
In short: Upload your artwork at 10,866 × 4,961 px (300 dpi), keep the recommended distance from the edge – and your mousepad will be printed borderless and razor-sharp.
Supported formats are JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and PDF – up to 80 MB file size. We recommend a minimum resolution of 3000px for the best print results. For lower resolutions you can book our graphic check.
Yes! As soon as your image is uploaded you'll see your artwork right in the configurator, and you can check and adjust the crop before applying it.
Once your image is uploaded you can crop and adjust it. Please note that a small part of the artwork is always trimmed, as we print beyond the edges of the mousepad. This bleed is visible in the preview, though.
For low resolution images, we strongly recommend our graphics check. We can upscale your image to improve the print quality. Alternatively, you can contact us directly.
We usually start production on the same day. Your order should arrive within five working days.
If you're not happy with your finished design, you can return the mousepad within 14 days. Just get in touch with our customer service – we always find a solution.
The slight smell comes from the sublimation printing process, during which the mousepads are strongly heated. Since we want to guarantee fast shipping, the pads sometimes haven't fully aired out yet. Don't worry – the smell disappears completely within a short time.
