To make sure your custom playmat is produced without white edges and with crisp sharpness, please note the following:
Print file incl. bleed: 630 mm × 375 mm (7,441 px × 4,430 px)
+ 10 mm bleed per side for sublimation printing
How to set up your artwork correctly
- Work directly in the format 630 mm × 375 mm (7,441 × 4,430 px).
– The visible mat is 610 × 355 mm. Your 10 mm bleed per side ensures that every fibre really gets colour during the transfer.
– The paper is therefore larger than the mat – nothing gets cut off; the surface is printed edge to edge all around. - Keep a safety margin:
HeatLock edge (no seam): place important elements ≥ 10 mm from the edge.
Stitched edge: better plan ≥ 15 mm distance so logos & text don't end up in the seam. - Resolution: 300 dpi delivers the best result. The configurator does not warn you about low dpi – so check in the preview yourself that everything looks sharp.
In short: Upload your artwork at 7,441 × 4,430 px (300 dpi), keep the recommended distance from the edge – especially with a stitched edge – and your playmat will be printed borderless, razor-sharp and without risky seam overlaps.
Supported formats are JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and PDF – up to 80 MB file size. We recommend a minimum resolution of 3000px for the best print results. For lower resolutions you can book our graphic check.
Yes! As soon as your image is uploaded you'll see your artwork right in the configurator, and you can check and adjust the crop before applying it.
Once your image is uploaded, you can crop and adjust it. Please note that a small part of the graphic will always be cut off as we need to print over the edges of the playmat. However, this bleed will be visible in the preview.
For low resolution images, we strongly recommend our graphics check. We can upscale your image to improve the print quality. Alternatively, you can contact us directly.
We usually start production on the same day. Your order should arrive within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with your finished design, you can return the playmat within 14 days. Simply contact our customer service. In general, we always find a solution.
The slight smell is caused by the sublimation printing, during which the playmats are heated to a high temperature. Since we want to guarantee fast shipping, the mats are sometimes not completely aired out. Don't worry, the smell will disappear completely in a short time.
Great Quality I Love It !
Leider wurde das für mich aus der Website nicht ganz ersichtlich, aber ich empfehle die „genähten Kanten“ der Matte, da bei mir der Schnitt leider am Rand stellenweise ausgefranst war, was mir im Nachhinein nicht gefällt. Hypemat Support meinte nur, dass das üblich sei.
Grafik entspricht nicht den Vorstellungen. Pixelig. In der vorab Version war noch alles in Ordnung.

danke, dass du das Foto mitgeschickt hast, das hilft uns beim Nachvollziehen. Wir haben uns deine Datei angeschaut: Sie hat 1200 × 714 Pixel. Auf 61 cm Mattenbreite sind das rund 48 dpi, gedruckt wird mit 300. Die Schärfe lässt sich daraus leider nicht herstellen, auch wenn die Vorschau am Bildschirm gut aussieht, weil das Bild dort einfach viel kleiner dargestellt wird.
Genau dafür gibt es bei uns den Grafik-Check für 10 €: Wir schauen uns die Datei vor dem Druck an und melden uns ggf., bevor gedruckt wird.
Wir haben dir parallel eine Mail geschrieben, damit wir dir mit einer passenden Datei weiterhelfen können.
Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Matte, da es meine 1.Eigene Spielmatte ist, war ich etwas nervös bezüglich Auflösung und Schärfe. Der Grafikcheck hat sich hierbei echt gelohnt, bei meinem 1.Entwurf bin ich sofort kontaktiert worden das die Auflösung und Sakalierung meines Bildes das Druckergebniss verschlechtern könnte und ich am besten einen 2.Entwurf einsenden soll. Genau das hab ich gemacht und die Matte wurde großartig, herzlichen Dank dafür an das Grafikcheck Team. Bin mit dem Ergebnis echt super zufrieden, die Matte is voll schön geworden. Kann Hypemat jedem herzlichst empfehlen.
Ich bin mit meinen 3 Matten sehr zufrieden, die Farben sind lebhaft, die Nächte kratzen nicht und die Matten fühlen sich beim Spielen hochwertig an. Hypemat kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.
Die Matte sieht richtig toll aus! Super gute Qualität und die Farben sind sehr schön intensiv.
Eine Sache habe ich allerdings zu bemängeln (und das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau); ich habe wirklich lange gebraucht un das Motiv online auf die Vorlage zu bekommen, so das es wirklich 1:1 auf die Maße passt. Nach langem probieren hatte ich es endlich geschafft, leider ist bei der Originalversion unten ein weißer Rand. Mir ist bewusst, dass die Matten mit Hand bedruckt werden und sowas durchaus mal passiert. Geärgert habe ich mich trotzdem etwas.
Ansonsten bin ich wirklich super happy mit dem Druck!

Perfectly crafted
…mein Bild hatte exakt die Maße der Playmat, ließ sich aber beim Einfügen nicht passend zu allen Rändern platzieren. Das Endergebnis sieht… unglücklich aus, da der Rahmen (s. Bild) eigentlich überall gleich weit vom Rand entfernt ist. Schade.
Die Matte hat eine gute Duckqualität, scharf und mit klaren Farben. Die Ränder sind wunderbar vernäht.
