The generous size of 610 x 355mm offers enough space for all your cards and with a thickness of 3mm ensures a perfect playing surface.
Your order will be shipped from Germany. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from us that the goods have been handed over to DHL.
Cost
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50.
Up to an order value of €50, shipping costs are €4.99 within Germany and Austria.
The shipping costs for other EU countries are calculated and displayed in the checkout and amount to €12.99 and are free for orders over €120.
The delivery time to Germany & Austria is 2-4 working days and to all other countries 5-10 working days after receipt of the order.

Unterstützt werden PNG und JPG. Wir empfehlen eine Mindestauflösung von 3000px, um optimale Druckergebnisse zu erzielen. Für niedrigere Auflösungen kannst du unseren Grafik-Check buchen.
Ja! Sobald dein Bild hochgeladen ist, wird automatisch eine Vorschau erstellt. Das Produktbild wechselt und zeigt deine hochgeladene Grafik direkt auf der Playmat.
Nachdem dein Bild hochgeladen wurde, kannst du es zuschneiden und anpassen. Bitte beachte, dass ein kleiner Teil der Grafik immer abgeschnitten wird, da wir über die Ränder der Playmat drucken müssen. Dieser Beschnitt ist jedoch in der Vorschau sichtbar.
Für Bilder mit niedriger Auflösung empfehlen wir dringend unseren Grafik-Check. Dabei können wir dein Bild hochskalieren, um die Druckqualität zu verbessern. Alternativ kannst du uns auch direkt kontaktieren.
Wir beginnen meistens noch am selben Tag mit der Produktion. Deine Bestellung sollte innerhalb von fünf Werktagen bei dir eintreffen.
Wenn du mit deinem fertigen Design unzufrieden bist, kannst du die Playmat innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurücksenden. Melde dich dazu einfach bei unserem Kundenservice. Generell finden wir aber auch immer eine Lösung.
Der leichte Geruch entsteht durch den Sublimationsdruck, bei dem die Playmats stark erhitzt werden. Da wir einen schnellen Versand garantieren möchten, sind die Matten manchmal noch nicht vollständig abgelüftet. Keine Sorge, der Geruch verfliegt in kurzer Zeit vollständig.

Matte genau wie sie sein sollte gerne wieder
Die Matte hat eine sehr gute Verarbeitung. Die Naht die ich extra noch ausgewählt habe macht sie noch stabiler und hochwertiger. Das Bild wurde in sehr guter Qualität abgedruck. Top!
Die Matte hat generell eine sehr gute Qualität, leider sind bei meinem persönlichen Design ein paar kleine Mängel beim Druck entstanden.
Trotzdem bin ich im allgemeinen sehr zu Frieden!
