To ensure your custom playmat is produced without white borders and with crisp sharpness, please note the following:

Print file including bleed: 630 mm × 375 mm (7 441 px × 4 430 px)

+ 10 mm bleed per side for sublimation printing

How to set up your motif correctly

1. Work directly in the format 630 mm × 375 mm (7 441 × 4 430 px).
   
   – The visible mat measures 610 × 355 mm. Your 10 mm bleed on each side ensures that every fiber gets color during the transfer.
   
   – The paper is therefore larger than the mat – nothing is cut off, but printed all around.
   
2. Maintain a safe distance:
   HeatLock edge (without seam): Place important elements ≥ 10 mm from the edge .
   Sewn edge: It is better to plan a distance of ≥ 15 mm so that logos and texts do not end up in the seam .
3. Resolution: 300 dpi delivers the best results. The configurator won't warn you if the dpi is too low, so check the preview yourself to make sure everything looks sharp.
   

In short: Upload your graphic in 7,441 × 4,430 px (300 dpi) , keep the recommended distance from the edge – especially for sewn edges – and your playmat will be printed borderless, razor-sharp, and without risky seam overlaps.

PNG and JPG are supported. We recommend a minimum resolution of 3000px to achieve optimal print results. For lower resolutions you can book our graphics check.

Yes! As soon as your image is uploaded, a preview is automatically created. The product image changes and shows your uploaded graphic directly on the playmat.

Once your image is uploaded, you can crop and adjust it. Please note that a small part of the graphic will always be cut off as we need to print over the edges of the playmat. However, this bleed will be visible in the preview.

For low resolution images, we strongly recommend our graphics check. We can upscale your image to improve the print quality. Alternatively, you can contact us directly.

We usually start production on the same day. Your order should arrive within five working days.

If you are not satisfied with your finished design, you can return the playmat within 14 days. Simply contact our customer service. In general, we always find a solution.

The slight smell is caused by the sublimation printing, during which the playmats are heated to a high temperature. Since we want to guarantee fast shipping, the mats are sometimes not completely aired out. Don't worry, the smell will disappear completely in a short time.
