PNG and JPG are supported. We recommend a minimum resolution of 3000px to achieve optimum printing results. For lower resolutions, you can book our graphics check.
Yes, as soon as your image is uploaded, a preview is automatically created. The product image changes and shows your uploaded graphic directly on the Playmat.
Once your image has been uploaded, you can crop and customize it. Please note that a small part of the graphic will always be cut off as we have to print over the edges of the Playmat. However, this cropping is visible in the preview.
For low-resolution images, we strongly recommend our graphics check. We can upscale your image to improve the print quality. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly.
We usually start production on the same day. Your order should arrive within five working days.
If you are unhappy with your finished design, you can return the Playmat within 14 days. Simply contact our customer service team. In general, we will always find a solution.
The slight odor is caused by the sublimation printing process, during which the Playmats are strongly heated. As we want to guarantee fast delivery, the mats are sometimes not yet fully ventilated. Don't worry, the smell will disappear completely within a short time.

I bought two Playmats and am absolutely delighted with both the surface quality and the print. The thickness of the material and therefore also the weight of the Hypemat is comparatively high, which means that they cannot be rolled up as "small" as those from other manufacturers. However, this also means that the edges are much less likely to stand up.
Compared to the Playmats from UltimateGuard and especially UltraPro, the Hypemats make a more valuable impression.

Good quality and appearance
The matte has a mega finish and is very nice to look at.
I'm already satisfied, but I don't have the feeling that the extra 10€ for the quality check is worth it because the first letters of "Dragonball" are a bit blurrier than the others
I am very happy with my mat.
The surface is very smooth and the resolution is quite sharp.
All in all, a clear recommendation.
Only the smell takes a while to disappear, but that's understandable, otherwise you'd have to wait a long time for it.
